Thankful

OK, so I love being busy, it pushes me to get things done. I'm a kind of girl who relishes in deadlines and stress! It is, after all , when I produce my best work. Pressure, it might not be the answer, but it's a way of life. Well, I have finished editing 2 sessions I had over the past week and LOVE the feeling of completion, accomplishment and the general feeling that I've done something (believe me I've done something because in between all this my house is really clean... I get guilty about "working" so much on the pictures, I work extra hard on housework).

This long weekend will not be the exception, amongst celebrating Thanksgiving on Saturday with our good friends, I will be trying to fit in 3 sessions (THREE!!!). I have two families who are dear friends who need Christmas cards pictures and general family portraits and one very dear friend who has graciously volunteered to be my maternity model!

This Thanksgiving I am so thankful for my family and friends, with out you guys I would not be half the gal I am! I am thankful my husband is home this season, thankful that he is safe and doing what he loves. Big J, you are my hero and I love you so much!! Thankful that my kids are healthy and very caring lately (they must be feeling the Thanksgiving spirit because literally they are being really good lately!!). Thankful for having good friends who see us through the good times and bad, you are the core of our military family, and without you I would be lost.

Maybe it's the red wine typing here, but I'm also thankful for you, Internet! Hours of enjoyment and hilarious things amongst a plethora of useful (and useless!!) information!!
