I'm baaaack - Did you miss me?

Wow, it's been a long time! What have I been doing with my time? Let's see... we went to Boston to visit family for two weeks, we got home and a good friend had surgery, BC was enrolled in a new preschool and had her first day, we went to Disneyland and before you know it a whole new week is beginning. I honestly don't know where the time goes!

We had a great time in Boston. Everyone was spoiled - a lobster boil, cupcakes, eating out, baseball games, late nights and later mornings - it was hard to come home to the daily drone we call life! As nice as it was visiting and always being on the go, I can't lie that it feels so good to be home and getting back to our normal routine. Big J can walk around in his underoos if he wants to, I don't have to put my shorts on to grab a glass of water in the middle of the night and most importantly, we can let BJ throw his midnight temper tantrums if we want to without fear of waking up the whole house! All in all though it is always tough to leave our family. Three thousand miles is a long way away.
